He was predeceased by: his parents, Clare G. "Swifty" Smay and Ann Smay (Poleski). He is survived by: his wife Carole Smay (Przybysz); his children, Jeff Jr. (Teresa) of Yuma, AZ, Steve (Nicole) of Tewksbury, MA, Andrew (Katrina) of Martins Ferry, OH, Rachel Allchin (Ryan) of Middleburg, FL and Austin; and his siblings, Jerry Smay (Kathy) of Munhall, PA and Sharon Thompson (Jim) of South Park, PA.. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren.
