He is survived by: his sisters, Sandra Shumaker of Somerset, PA and Nancy McWhorter of Vista, AZ; his children, Tammy Haley (Terry) of Wheeling and John Henry (Terri) of Martins Ferry; his grandchildren, Jaime Young (Ryan) of Wheeling, Daniel Haley (Karly) of Steubenville, Nichole Eikey of Wheeling, Danielle Przelenski of Martins Ferry and Max Prezlenski of Martins Ferry; his great grandchildren, Leah, Maggie, Olivia, Dominic, Vincent, Austin and Ben; and his pet Bailey.
