He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Antlake and Cecelia Antlake (Ney); and his sister Nora M. Antlake. He is survived by: his wife Josephine Antlake (Lamalfa); and his sisters-in-law, Themla Kittle of Weirton, WV and Marie Rostic of Rogersville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made out to St. Michael Parish.
