He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Jefferson and Judith Simmons (Mays); and his wife Margarete Simmons (Driscoll). He is survived by: his children, Rick Simmons (Kim) of Shadyside and Jamie Cummins of New Martinsville. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
