She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth James and Levie Lee Smith (Williams); her son Michael Allen Wallace; and her siblings, Russell James Wallace, Sarah Lee Smith and Barbara Jean Pettit.
She is survived by: her husband James Edward Wallace, Sr.; her sons, Kenneth E. Wallace (Paula) and James Edward Wallace, Jr.; and her sister Shirley Ann Siebieda. She is also survived by four grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter, as well as several nieces and nephews.
