We are sad to announce that, on February 8, 2023, at the age of 78, Joyce Elaine Pegg (Wheeling, West Virginia), born in Morgantown, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Marie Buterbaugh Johnson and Garnet "Lyle" Haines; her son William "Michael" Pegg; her grandson Joseph Dean Pegg; her sisters, Judy Haines and Janet Capiola; and her brother-in-law Bob Capiola.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa "Michelle" Bartsch (Leo) of Wheeling, WV, John "Mark" Pegg of Vienna, WV and Christopher "Matthew" Pegg (Tracy) of Falling Waters, WV; and her sister Julie Haines of Morgantown. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
She was an avid supporter of St. Jude's Hospital, the ASPCA, the American Heart Association and the American Veterans Association.
