He is survived by: his children, Alicia Wallace (Matthew Chestnut) of Grove City, PA. and David Wallace of Moundsville, WV; his stepchildren, Joy Owens of Martins Ferry, OH, Amanda Beal (Timothy) of Bridgeport, OH, Michael Hanket of Bellaire, OH, Marilyn Davis of Moundsville and Joshua Davis of Sydney, OH; his brother Kenneth Everett; his former wife Mary West of Moundsville; his grandchild Chase Huggins of Wheeling; his brother Makenna Beal of Bridgeport, OH; and his great grandchild Grayson Huggins. He is also survived by his 3 siblings and several other grandchildren.
