She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Clayton Meadows and Bertha Meadows (Goudy); her husband James Victor Morrow; and her siblings, Charles, Kenneth, Wiley Meadows, Betty Lombard, GenevieveWolfe and Virginia Hoskins.

She is survived by: her children, James Morrow of Columbus Ohio, Vicki Raleigh (Michael) of Indian Head, Donald Morrow of Wheeling and Charles Morrow of Wheeling; her grandchildren, James Morrow III, Brooke Morgan and Joshua Raleigh; and her great grandchildren, Brian and Aaron Morrow.
