It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Madeline I. Lis of Wheeling, West Virginia, who passed away at the age of 85, on December 5, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Madeline may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Madeline touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cimarolli and Clementina Lolli Cimarolli; her husband John A. Lis; and her brothers, John Cimarolli Jr. and David Cimarolli.
She is survived by: her sons, John Lis (Kathie Loos) of Wheeling, WV and Michael Lis of Beverly Hills, FL; and her siblings-in-law, Linda Hanlin of Canonsburg and Larry Lis (Sandy) of Avella. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
