It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret B. Morgan (Wheeling, West Virginia), who passed away on May 9, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James McNeil and Kathleen McNeil (Kenney); her husband Bernard L. Morgan, Sr.; her siblings, Mary Delores McNeil, James McNeil, Jr. and Eugene McNeil; and her pet Dakota.
She is survived by: her children, Prague, Bernard L. Morgan, Jr., Mary E. Morgan and Barbara Morgan Fehr; her granddaughter Brittany Morgan Fehr; and her pets, Roxie and Rogue.
