Marilyn J. Pelkey Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 7, 2026, at the age of 72, Marilyn J. Pelkey (Wheeling, West Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Bragg and Mary Bragg (Wayble); her brothers, James and John Bragg; and her daughter Heather Ann Morgan.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Pelkey; her son Ronald Morgan, Jr.; her stepdaughters, Bridgette Taylor (Steven) and Gidgette Vaughn (Ray); and her siblings, Raymond Bragg and Anita Bragg Fouts. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Altmeyer Funeral Home - Elm Grove Chapel (154 Kruger St, Wheeling, WV 26003). A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Altmeyer Funeral Home-Elm Grove Chapel (154 Kruger St, Wheeling, WV 26003). The inurnment will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies (1158 Morgan Rd, Bridgeville, PA 15017).
