With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Martha Ann Schrimp of Wheeling, West Virginia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her husband Howard J. Schrimp; her parents, Charles William Snyder and Anne Louise Snyder (Pebler); and her niece Lisa Parrill. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Thomas (David "Doc") of Wheeling, Howard W. Schrimp (Joanne Reeher) of Pittsburgh, PA and Allen M. Schrimp (Linda) of Sherrard, WV.; her grandchildren, Anna Trabert (Gary W. Trabert, Jr.) of Wheeling, Michael Schrimp of Morgantown, WV, Kayla Cilvick (Bryce) of Wellsville, NY, Jason Schrimp (Sheena) of Escondido, CA, Adrien Klins (Randy) of Monroeville, PA and Tyler Schrimp (Raeann) of Irwin, PA.; and her great grandchildren, Hayden Cilvick, Alex, Ryan Schrimp, Logan Pfeil, Kori Klins, Elizabeth and Zachary Schrimp.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Altmeyer Funeral Home - Wheeling Chapel (1400 Eoff St, Wheeling, WV 26003). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the Altmeyer Funeral Home (1400 Eoff St, Wheeling, WV 26003). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Alphonsus Catholic Church (2111 Market St, Wheeling, WV 26003).
