He was predeceased by: his father Marvin F. Mellott (Thomas) of Wheeling. He is survived by: his sisters, Tina Pizzola (John) of Florida, Lori Witt (Erich) of Florida and Sherry Crummitt (Michael) of Wheeling. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
