She was predeceased by: her parents, William Joseph and Marie Gamble Riggle; her husband Walter Whipkey Jr.; and her siblings, Evelyn Earnest and Clyde Riggle.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Blake of McMechen, WV and Rex Whipkey (Shelley) of Moundsville, WV; her sister JoAnn Milliken of Dallas, WV; her grandchildren, Amy Whipkey, Andrew Whipkey, Craig Blake (Angie) and Shelby Storm (Casey); and her great grandchildren, Austin Whipkey, Lucas Blake, Brody Blake, Rilee Storm and Braden Storm. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
