He is survived by: his wife Alice Marie McCardle (Beever); his son Steven Russel; his brother Steve McCardle; his son Joshua; Michael McCardle Jr. of Wheeling, Carl McCardle of Wheeling, Joshua McCardle (Angie) of Moundsville and Micah McCardle (Ella) of Wheeling. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
