He was predeceased by: his father Frank R. McNeil, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Rosalie McNeil; his wife Lisa; his son Liam; his siblings, Frank R. McNeil, Jr. (Connie) of Tiltonsville, Bruce McNeil (Pam) of Wheeling and Kathleen McNeil (Brian Scott) of Wheeling; and his siblings-in-law, Kieth Rogerson (Martha), Donna White (David) and Carrie Casto (Ron) of Wheeling. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, relatives and dear friends.
