The memory of Nancy L. Schubert (Wheeling, West Virginia), who passed away on May 29, 2025 at the age of 88, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Meyers and Virginia Meyers (Morningstar); her husband James Schubert; her daughter Patricia Novick; her grandson Justin Schubert; and her sister Peggy Pavelka.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Marcinek (Joe) of McMechen, Bob Schubert (Paula) of Glen Dale, Jamie Schubert (Tonya Tribett) of McMechen and Scott Schubert of Tennessee; and her niece Mary Catherine LaRoy. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Altmeyer Funeral Home - Benwood-McMechen Chapel (214 Marshall St, McMechen, WV 26040). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Benwood-McMechen United Methodist Church or to Marshall County Animal Shelter in C/O http://www.tmcfunding.com.
