She was predeceased by: her parents, Hallie Lee and Verna Beatrice Minton (Mayne); her son Bert "Buck" Temple Jr.; and her brothers, John Henry, Harold Lee and Charles Ray Minton.
She is survived by: her son Terry L. Temple (Beverly) of Wheeling, WV; her grandchildren, Donald Lee Temple of Wheeling, WV and Kayla Jo Temple of Spring Hill, TN; her great grandchild Hunter Michael Temple of Wheeling, WV; and her sister Rozella Amos of Graysville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Fairview United Methodist Church, 331 Poland Run Rd., Graysville, PA 15337.
