She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. Slebodnik and Ruby Slebodnik (Rifenberg); her son Ernest C. Norris, III; her husband Ernest C. Norris, II; and her sister Joyce Rutan.
She is survived by: her close friend Bill Mosa; her daughter-in-law Nancy (late Ernest C. Norris, III); her children, Angela Derrow (Richard) of Moundsville, Ann Jones (Robert) of Moundsville and Robert Norris (Kari) of Wisconsin; her grandchildren, Shelly Neff, Brandon Norris, Logan Jones, Nicholas Jones and Jalah Norris; and her great grandchildren, Chylie Norris and Cooper Norris.
