He is survived by: his siblings, Gary Tut Turner (Debbie) of Cambridge, OH, Otto Ducie Turner of Huntington, WV, LeVan Parks (Tammy) of Wheeling and Sharon Mayfield of Wheeling; his nieces, Tracey Lewis and Stacey Lewis; and his great-nephew Trey of Wheeling.
