Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Patty Torbett (Wheeling, West Virginia), who passed away at the age of 81, on September 19, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Kendall and Helen Canty Kendall; her former husband Joseph F. Templin; and her husband Paul E. Torbett. She is survived by: her children, Joseph Templin, Jr. (Charlene) of Wheeling, Lori Riser (Robert) of California, MD, George Templin (Sarah) of Wheeling, Lisa Shafer (Brad) of Wheeling and Terri Powell (Steve) of Carmel, IN; her grandchildren, Ryan, Tony, Stacy, Andy, Alexis, Regan, Rachel, Samuel, Michael, Nate, Madison, Emilie and Luke; and her close friend Gennie Kuca of Warwood. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
