He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Chiazza and Mary Chiazza (Felix); his father-in-law Joseph Calangelo; and his brother-in-law Patrick Clutter. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Chiazza (Calangelo); his children, Lisa Mullin (Marcus) and Tony Chiazza (Lydia); his grandchildren, Grady, Owen, Lillian Mullin and Carmella Chiazza; his sisters, Angeline Clutter and Maryanne Kuhl; his mother-in-law Beverly Calangelo; and his cousin Pete Chiazza. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
