She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy Utt and Nina Utt (Barker). She is survived by : her husband Garry Ferrell; her children, Sue Pelkey and Ernie Herron; her siblings, Henry Utt, Buckey Utt and Evelyn Chaffins; her grandson Robert Mollohan; her great grandchildren, Michael and Brandon Mollohan; and her great great grandchildren, Anthony, Cyrus and Elizabeth.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Altmeyer Funeral Homes Elm Grove Chapel (154 Kruger St, Wheeling, WV 26003). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM and at 12:00 PM. A burial was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at the Mt. View Cemetery.
