She was predeceased by: her husband William L. Bland; and her siblings, Stanley, Jim Pekula and Betty Fortney Pekula. She is survived by: her children, Melanie McGhee (Percy) of Bellaire, OH, Becky Goundry of Saint Clairsville, OH, Amy Jaeger (Ed) of Wheeling, WV and William Bland (Janelle) of Morro Bay, CA.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
