He was predeceased by : his parents, James Hixenbaugh and Wilma Hixenbaugh; his brother Daniel Hixenbaugh of Florida. He is survived by : his children, Chad Hixenbaugh (Kimberly), Brenda Moore (Carl), Wayne Hixenbaugh (Cheryl), Crystal Vlaocich (John), Stephanie Travis, and his son who passed, Sean Hixenbaugh.
Richard has several grandchildren and great grandchildren. There will be no services, per his wishes.
