He was predeceased by: his brother Raymond Patrick Johnson. He is survived by: his sister Lucy; his nibling Chance Johnson; and his aunts and uncles, Edna Lou Schaub, Paula Garrett, Betty Johnson, Sharon Southworth, Kathleen O'Konski, Louis Southworth and Douglas O'Konski. He is also survived by his three children.
