He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Tyler and Ruth Tyler (Burley); his sisters, Rosalie McDade and Norma Donzella; and his daughter Caroline Borden Tyler.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Borden Tyler; his daughters, Jane Tyler and Annie Tyler-Delguyd (Nicholas); his grandchildren, Sabina "Beanie" and Benjamin; and his sister June Tyler.
