He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ellsworth and Freda Lanore Daugherty (Hillberry); his siblings, Robert Daugherty, Jr., Roger Lee Daugherty and Wanda Yoho; and his brother-in-law Donald Toland.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy J. Kleeh Daugherty (White) of Wheeling; his stepdaughter Carrie O'Bryan (Chris) of Wheeling; his stepgrandchildren, Stephen Toles, Kristina O'Bryan and Nathan O'Bryan; his sister Carrie Margaret Toland; his brother-in-law Don Yoho; Tina Danehart, Bobbie Jo Porter (Tim), Jamie Uerkuitz (Jason) and Kelly Williamson (David Habelitz). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
