Robert leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Robert’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Robert will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Bell and Genevieve Bell; his wife Kristine Bell; and his sister Celeste Barton. He is survived by: his children, Robert Bell (Danielle) and Haley Wotkowski (Natally); his granddaughter Shaelynn Grace; and his brother Roger Bell (Carla). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Altmeyer Funeral Home - Wheeling Chapel (1400 Eoff St, Wheeling, WV 26003). The military honors was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 8:00 PM at the same location.
