He is survived by: his wife Sharla Hodge (Lipscomb) of Wheeling; his children, Robert Yoder of Bradenton, FL, Christopher Lipscomb of Wheeling, Sarah Freck of Shadyside, OH and Dan Freck of Ripley, WV; his sisters, Susan Slack (John) of Englewood and Barbara Edrington (George) of Indiana; his grandchildren, Nina Lipscomb, Haley Freck, Shelby Snodgrass, Charles, Virginia Freck, Ryan, Levi and Shelby Yoder; his great grandchildren, Malik Walker, Malia Freck and Jhordan Pernell; his siblings' children, John Bloomendal, Rick Matthews, Troy Matthews and Michelle Bloomendal; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Caleb Bloomendal, Rick Jacob Matthews, Logan Slack, Mia Matthews, Leila Slack and Alyssa Coulture.
