It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert S. Foster (Wheeling, West Virginia), who passed away on April 17, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his wife Betty Kilgore; his children, Pennie Foster-Fishman (Peter), Susan Dawson (Doug), Scot Foster (Cindy) and John Foster (Lee); his grandchildren, Aiden, Emily, Evan, Oakley, Alyssa, Lucas, Sydney and Faye; and his sisters, Mary Roscoe, Joan Reischman and Eileen Haught.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 10th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, Wheeling Chapel (1400 Eoff St, Wheeling, WV 26003). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Cathedral of St. Joseph (1300 Eoff St, Wheeling, WV 26003).
