With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Rose Ella Neider (Wheeling, West Virginia), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Though Rose may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Rose touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughter Mary Christine DePellegrin (Neider Williams); her sister Pamela J. Neider; her grandson Jason Williams (Heather); and her great grandchildren, Trent Williams, Taylor Williams, Ethan Williams and Jason Daniel Williams.
