Stoltz of Wheeling, West Virginia, born in Naponee, Nebraska, who passed away on February 19, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto "Mike" Stoltz and Mildred Stoltz; and his brothers, Raymond and Clyde Stoltz. He is survived by: his wife Carol Stoltz (Cutright); his children, Amanda Moore (Glenn) of Wheeling, Michael Stoltz (Connie) of San Diego and Robert "Bob" Stoltz of Wheeling; his grandchildren, Brenden and Tessa Moore; and his pet Fred. He is also survived by several in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins.
