She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Westlake and Jane Westlake (Long). She is survived by: her husband Dr. George L. Joseph; her children, James B. Bird, Rebecca "Becky" Kessler (Jake Pennybacker) of Wheeling, WV, Anne Michelle "Shelly" Beatty (John) of Pittsburgh and Charles J. "Chucky" Joseph (Heidi Hagerman) of Morgantown, WV; her daughter-in-law Maureen Bird of Las Vegas, NV; her grandchildren, Mike Coughenour (Courtney), Justin Bird, Jacob Kessler of John Joseph, Jessica Joseph and Nicholas Joseph; and her great grandchildren, Cameron Coughenour, Miles Coughenour, Callie Coughenour and Beau Alexander Beatty.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 12th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Altmeyer Funeral Home (1400 Eoff St, Wheeling, WV 26003). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Mt. Calvary Bishop's Chapel (1685 National Rd, Wheeling, WV 26003). A burial will be held on Monday, May 12th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery (1685 National Rd, Wheeling, WV 26003).
