She is survived by: her sons, Harry Elmer, Jr. (Della) of Wheeling, Richard Samuel (Charlene) of Wheeling, Thomas Michael and Robert Lee (Dorthea); and her grandchildren, Holly Erin, Harry Elmer, III, Daryl Keith, Makaila Aryonna, Michael Robert, Nicole, Moses Harlan and Samantha Starr.
