She is survived by: her children, Anna Radcliffe (Doug) of Wheeling, Debbie Black (Rick) of Wheeling, John Sinkarow of Colerain and Michelle Stevey (Michael) of Glen Easten; her sister Lena Welch of New Mexico; and her friends, Andy and Margret Scott of Elm Grove. She is also survived by her loving children, her grandchildren.
