Michaels (Anne Haning) of St. Clairsville, OH, Anne Gompers (Tim) of Wheeling, Jack Felton (Rhonda) of Wheeling, Pat Felton (Debbie) of Wheeling and Michael Felton (Heidi) of Cincinnati, OH; his siblings-in-law, James Fulton (Leanne) of St. Clairsville, Barbara McKeen (Thomas) of Bridgeport, OH and Nancy Powell (Robert) of Shadyside, OH; and his stepmother Patricia Felton of Wheeling. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
