She is survived by: her husband Eric Cook; her sons, Josh Cook (Sarah), Michael Weisman and Zachary Weisman; her grandchildren, Alex Cook, Amanda Cook, Brently Weisman and Jensen Cook; her brother Irvin "Bud" Ruckh; her nephew Scott Friery; and her niece Yolanda Ruckh.
