She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Ruckh and Martha Ruckh (Osmianski); her sister Carol Roscoe; and her nephew Roger Friery. She is survived by: her husband Eric Cook; her sons, Josh Cook (Sarah), Michael Weisman and Zachary Weisman; her grandchildren, Alex Cook, Amanda Cook, Brently Weisman and Jensen Cook; her brother Irvin "Bud" Ruckh; and her sibling's children, Scott Friery and Yolanda Ruckh.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 16th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Altmeyer Funeral Home (1400 Eoff St, Wheeling, WV 26003). A rosary was held on Friday, January 16th 2026 from 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cathedral of St. Joseph (1300 Eoff St, Wheeling, WV 26003).
