She was predeceased by: her father Ronald Evans; and her sister Rona Wayman. She is survived by: her mother Debra Evans (Houston) of Wheeling, WV.; her husband James E. Jones; her children, Natalie Kozol (Alex), Alena Jones, Hailey Jones and Zachary Jones; her brothers, Ronald Evans and Donald Evans (Jamie); and her mother-in-law Linda Jones of Avella, PA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Mullenbach Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
