It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia A. Johnson of Wheeling, West Virginia, who passed away on April 21, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert West and Evelyn West; her siblings, Robert West and Mary Vingia; and her mother-in-law Edie Johnson.
She is survived by: her husband Laughlin; her daughter Heather Puglisi (Jeremy); her siblings, Edward, William, Joseph West, Carol Harris, Betty Dobosz and Patricia Pramik; her sister-in-law Nickie Blazina; her cocker spaniel PJ; and her pet Libby. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
