William Andrew O'Toole III Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Andrew O'Toole III (Wheeling, West Virginia), who passed away on August 23, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, William Andrew and Alma O'Toole Jr. (Tomlinson); and his uncle Alfred Tomlinson. He is survived by : his children, Erin Moroney (Kevin) of Senoia, GA, William O'Toole IV (Lynn) of Bethlehem, PA, Colleen Kessler (Robert) of Statesville, NC and Maureen South (Brian) of Westerville, OH.; his grandchildren, Shane Moroney, Killian Moroney, Molly Moroney, Julianne O'Toole, Meghan O'Toole, Tyler Kessler, Caitlin Kessler, Cameron Kessler, Liam South, Bridget South and Rowan South; his great grandchildren, Scarlett Moroney and Ember Moroney; his wife Eleanor O'Toole; and his sister Carol Divelbiss of Hagerstown, MD.. He is also survived by his family and friends.
