He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Robert and Bertha Almeda Nice (Wiles); his wife Carol Nice; his granddaughter Amy Renee; and his siblings, Richard, Lynn, Bob, Bud, Carty, Lou, Raymond, John, Margaret, Darlene and Rosie.
He is survived by: his children, Amy French (Tim), P. J. Mitcham, Vickie Gunter (Dave) and Bill Nice (Maureen). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
