She is survived by : her mother Jo Ann Starr of Beaver; her husband Phillip Murdock of White Oak; her daughter Carol of Virginia; her close friend Carol Blankenship of Kentucky; and her siblings, Johnny Pilkington of Hinton, Mary Ann (Calvin) of Cool Ridge and Karen of Beckley.
