He was predeceased by : his parents, Omer Pack and Lorna Lilly Pack; his former life partner Brenda Pack; and his brothers, Ivan Benny Pack, Jesse James Pack, Sidney Eugene Pack and Roy Dean Pack.

He is survived by : his wife Vickie Pack; his children, Julie Young (Lawrence), Beth Browning (David) and Mathew Pack (Jessica); his grandchildren, Sarah, Amanda, Ben, Samantha, Joshua, Leo, Cooper and Esme; his great grandchildren, Remington, Wyatt, Jonathan, Jackson, Macy, Kenny and Hunter; and his siblings, Tennarie Sarver, Ronnie Pack, Randall Pack and Lavonna McNeer.
