She was predeceased by: her father Larry Gordon Parrish. She is survived by: her mother Glenna Hicks Parrish; her husband Steven G. Smith; her sons, Justin DeHaven and Jason DeHaven (Nicole); her grandchildren, Peyton DeHaven, Colton DeHaven and Addison DeHaven; her brothers, James Parrish of Beckley and David Parrish (Danya) of North Carolina; and her pets, Simba and Pippa.
