He is survived by : his brothers, Jeff R. Fields of Williamson, WV and Terry L. Berry (Patricia) of Williamson, WV; his daughter Brittnie Berry of Columbus, OH; his grandson Alden Camelin of Columbus, OH; his close friend Rose Lester; and his brother Joe Martin of Columbus, OH.
