He was predeceased by: his parents, Crandle V. Hall and Virginia M. Hall of Williamstown. He is survived by: his wife Alice Ann Adkins Hall; his pet Smokey Joe; and his siblings, Sarah McVaney of Ocala, FL, Richard Hall (Judy) of Williamstown, WV and Susan Schenkel (Gilbert) of Marietta, OH. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
