Stidham of Williamstown, West Virginia, born in Hazard, Kentucky, who passed away on May 29, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Stidham and Olga Feltuer Stidham. He is survived by: his wife Toni; and his sister-in-law Jody Stewart.
