He is survived by: his children, Tammy Cinalli (Mark) of Mineral Wells, WV, Lisa Hornberger (Chuck) of Fairmont, WV and John Mozuke of Hutchinson, WV; and his sister Deanna Acord of Monroeville, PA.. He is also survived by his three grandchildren.
