With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Ann Jarvis of Williamstown, West Virginia, who passed away on April 7, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Jack Edward and Dorothy Heiner Hess; and her sister Jackie Parsons. She is survived by : her husband Ronald E. Jarvis; her children, Ronnie Jarvis (Miranda), Chris Jarvis (Stephanie) and Mary Jarvis (Chris); her grandchildren, Jonathan Jarvis (Breanna), Brittany Jarvis, Sada Brookover, Logan Jarvis, Kelsey Jarvis, Kenton Jarvis, James Bobier, Tyson Jarvis, Alexia Jarvis, Alyssa Clare, Brayden Clare, Derrick Clare, Hunter Clare, Katie Jarvis and Jacob Creel; her great grandchildren, Rhyker Jarvis, Brynnlee Jarvis, Dillion Francis, Brantley Jarvis, Brantley Lewis, Bella Lewis, Kinsley Richards and Jade Jarvis; her brother Errol Hess; and her close friend Barb Wilson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ingram Funeral Home (512 2nd St, St Marys, WV 26170). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
